Simple, natural ingredients in these healthy popsicle ketones recipe. Infused with low-glycemic fruits and Pruvit Canada ketones - makes a great treat on hot summer days.
- 2 packets of any fruit flavors Keto OS NAT ketones, for example:
- Keto OS NAT Raspberry Lemonade
- Keto OS NAT Lime Time
- Keto OS NAT Strawberry Peach

- 1 Cup cold water
- 1 cup boiled water
- 4 mint leaves (optional)
- Sliced strawberries, whole blueberries (any berries)
- Boil 1 cup of water with mint leaves, remove from heat then add 1 cup of cold water to it.
- Stir and let cool
- Add your favorite Pruvit ketones to water and stir.
- Pour into molds of your choice
- Add all fruits to each mold
- Put in freeze over night.
