Ketosis Chocolate Shake Recipe with Whipped Cream

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Packet of Keto OS NAT Swiss Chocolate Ketones

  • 8 to 12 ice cubes, your preference

  • 6-8oz of water

  • 6-8oz of almond or coconut milk or almond milk

  • 1 square of 90% dark cocoa chocolate bar

  • Any Sugar-free whipped cream topping

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all of ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Most ice will make it more dense and filling.
  2. Pour into glass, add your whip cream on top
  3. Store in refrigerator (or eat with spoon) and enjoy!
