INGREDIENTS:

1 Packet of Keto OS NAT Swiss Chocolate Ketones

8 to 12 ice cubes, your preference

6-8oz of water

6-8oz of almond or coconut milk or almond milk

1 square of 90% dark cocoa chocolate bar
- Any Sugar-free whipped cream topping
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all of ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Most ice will make it more dense and filling.
- Pour into glass, add your whip cream on top
- Store in refrigerator (or eat with spoon) and enjoy!
